●Overview
This is a route bus that operates from Shari Bus Terminal, the closest terminal to Shiretoko-Shari Station, to Oshinkoshin Falls, Utoro, Shiretoko Nature Center, and the Shiretoko Five Lakes. From the bus windows, you can enjoy views of the Sea of Okhotsk and the forests of Shiretoko while accessing the World Natural Heritage area. It is also easy to transfer from JR trains, so you can travel with peace of mind even without a rental car.

This ticket can be used for the route between Shari Bus Terminal, Oshinkoshin Falls, Utoro Onsen Bus Terminal, Shiretoko Nature Center, and the Shiretoko Five Lakes.

*Due to the system settings, the departure time will be displayed as "Departing at 00:00 AM," but you may use any departure listed in the timetable.
●Fares
The fare differs depending on your boarding and alighting points.
One child (age 6 and under) can ride free per accompanying adult.
Infants under 1 year old ride free.
*Please note: If there are more children than adults, the extra children will require a ticket.
●How to Use
①Please sit wherever you'd like. All seats are unreserved.
②Before disembarking, please push the disembarkation button before the bus arrives at your desired stop.
③When disembarking, please show your ticket to the bus staff.
④The bus staff will confirm your ticket.
⑤If you have checked luggage, please wait a few moments after disembarking. The bus staff will remove your luggage from the trunk for you.

*All seats are non-reserved. Advance seat selection or reservation is not available.
*Large luggage can be stored in the trunk.
*We regret that bicycles are no longer allowed on all routes.
*If the bus is full, you may be asked to take the next available service. Thank you for your understanding.

● Notes on Receiving Your Ticket
*Your ticket will be delivered via email. When purchasing, please utilize an email address that can be accessed on your smartphone.
*If you have set up domain-specific email restrictions, please make sure to allow emails from “tourbooking-japan.com” before making your reservation.
*Please make sure not to delete your reservation confirmation email.
● Notes on Using Your Ticket
*Please do not press “Use” on your boarding ticket until the driver checks it when you get off. If the ticket already shows “Used” when the driver checks it, you may be asked to pay again on the spot.
*Your boarding ticket will show “Expired” if more than 180 days have passed since the scheduled travel date.
Please contact us to cancel before it expires.
If the ticket shows “Expired” when the driver checks it, you may be asked to pay the fare again on the spot.
●Changes, Reissuance, and Other Information
If you wish to change the date or the bus departure, no special notification is necessary. Please board the newly selected bus directly.
If you accidentally delete the confirmation email containing your ticket, please contact Shari Bus as soon as possible. We will resend the ticket via email. Please note that if you contact us just before your travel, we may not be able to reissue the ticket in time.
Receipts cannot be issued via the website. If you need a receipt, please request one from the bus crew when you get off, or at the ticket counter.
