This ticket can be used for travel between the Utoro area and Memanbetsu Airport.

Fare Information
Fares vary depending on the combination of boarding and drop-off locations. One child aged 6 or under may travel free of charge per accompanying adult. Infants under 1 year old travel free of charge. If the number of children exceeds the number of accompanying adults, additional children must be booked as paying passengers.
How to Use
Please take any available seat. (All seats are non-reserved.) Press the stop button before your desired stop. Show your boarding ticket to the driver when getting off the bus. The driver will confirm your ticket. If you have checked luggage, please wait briefly at the stop. The driver will remove your luggage from the baggage compartment.
Important Information
All seats are non-reserved. Advance seat selection or reservations are not available. Bicycles are not permitted on any route. If the bus is full, you may be asked to take the next available service. Arrival times may be delayed due to traffic or road conditions.

Important Information Regarding Ticket Receipt
Your boarding ticket will be sent by email after purchase. Please use an email address that can receive messages on your smartphone. We recommend using an email address other than a carrier email address when making your reservation. If you have enabled domain-specific email settings, please allow emails from “tourbooking-japan.com”. Please do not delete the reservation confirmation email, as it is required when boarding.
Important Information for Ticket Use
Please do not press the “Use Ticket” button until the driver confirms your ticket when getting off the bus. If the ticket is already marked as “Used” at the time of confirmation, you may be required to pay the fare again on the spot. Boarding tickets will expire 180 days after the scheduled boarding date. Please contact us for cancellation before the expiration date. If the ticket is shown as “Expired” when checked by the driver, you may also be required to pay the fare again. If you travel beyond the section covered by your purchased ticket, you will be required to pay the additional fare for the extra section on the bus. Please note that no refund will be provided if you get off before the destination indicated on your purchased ticket.
Changes, Reissuance & Other Information
No special notice is required if you wish to change the travel date or bus service. Please board the new service directly. If you accidentally delete the email containing your boarding ticket, please contact Shari Bus as soon as possible. A new boarding ticket email will be sent to you. Please note that reissuance may not be possible if you contact us immediately before your trip. Receipts cannot be issued online. If you require a receipt, please ask the driver when getting off the bus or inquire at the ticket counter.
